By placing an order with Rumble Root, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure smooth business operations, clarity in communication, and a fair understanding between Rumble Root and its clients.
1. Order Confirmation
All orders placed with Rumble Root are considered preliminary until they are officially confirmed by both parties. An order is only deemed confirmed after mutual agreement on product specifications, quantity, pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines. Verbal discussions, messages, or inquiries do not constitute a confirmed order until explicitly approved by both sides.
We encourage all clients to carefully review quotations, sample approvals, and order summaries before giving final confirmation to avoid any misunderstandings later in the production process.
2. Payment Terms
Payment terms are strictly based on prior mutual discussion and agreement. Clients are required to adhere to the payment schedule finalized before the start of production. This may include advance payments, milestone-based payments, or full payment depending on the nature and size of the order.
Rumble Root reserves the right to pause or delay production if payments are not received within the agreed timeline. Any additional charges arising due to delayed payments, modifications, or special requests will be communicated and must be settled by the client.
3. Custom Orders and Production Policy
Custom-designed orders, private label manufacturing, or specially developed samples cannot be canceled once production has begun. This is due to the allocation of raw materials, labor, and production resources specifically dedicated to the client’s order.
Any changes requested after production has started may not be possible or may incur additional costs depending on the stage of manufacturing. We strongly recommend finalizing all design approvals and specifications before confirming bulk production.
4. Delivery and Timelines
Delivery timelines provided at the time of order confirmation are estimated and may vary depending on order size, product complexity, production capacity, and external factors. While we aim to deliver all orders within the committed timeframe, certain delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances.
Clients are advised to consider a reasonable buffer time when planning their business requirements. Regular updates regarding production status and dispatch will be shared whenever necessary.
5. Shipping and Logistics
Rumble Root ensures that all products are securely packed and handed over to reliable courier and logistics partners. However, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping providers.
External factors such as transportation issues, weather conditions, strikes, customs delays, or regional disruptions may impact delivery timelines. In such cases, we will provide necessary support and tracking assistance to the client.
6. Cancellations and Order Refusal
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Rumble Root also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in special situations, including but not limited to production limitations, payment issues, unethical requests, or business policy violations.
In such cases, any advance payment terms will be discussed and resolved based on mutual understanding.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disagreement or dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mutual discussion and professional business understanding. Rumble Root believes in maintaining long-term relationships with clients and prioritizes fair and transparent communication.
Legal escalation will only be considered if mutual resolution is not possible, although every effort will be made to avoid such situations.
8. Policy Updates
Rumble Root reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the latest version periodically to stay informed about any changes that may affect ongoing or future orders.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging in business with Rumble Root, placing orders, or using our services, you automatically agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Continued association with us implies acceptance of any future updates or modifications made to these terms.
